We are actively seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient primary care setting located in Clyde, New York. This employed, physician-led opportunity offers a supportive, patient-focused environment with minimal call responsibilities (light phone coverage shared among system practices) and available office space at the practice location.

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a community-based setting.
• Participate in light phone call coverage shared among system practices.
• Collaborate with physician-led team to deliver patient-focused care.

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Doctorate Degree (MD or DO)
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in New York State
