MissionHires is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing online pharmacy company to provide quality and compliance oversight for pharmaceutical manufacturing and wholesale operations. This role partners closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure operations meet applicable FDA, state, cGMP, and USP requirements. The Senior Quality Engineer will lead quality activities, approve engineering and validation documentation, support audits and supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement across the quality management system.

Yes. This is a full-time, onsite role in Dallas, and candidates must be willing to commute to downtown Dallas every day.
Candidates need at least 5 years of relevant experience in an FDA-regulated environment, plus extensive knowledge of aseptic filling and pharmaceutical compounding.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of cGMP, USP <797>, 21 CFR Part 211, and FDA and USP requirements for sterile and non-sterile compounding.
Work includes managing deviations, audits, complaints, escalations, investigations, and quality documentation. You will also partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain on compliance and improvement efforts.
Yes. The Senior Quality Engineer acts as a Quality approver for Engineering and Validation activities and reviews and approves quality-system documentation.
Yes. Responsibilities include supporting supplier qualification and ongoing maintenance, as well as handling audits and maintaining inspection-ready records.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is required, or equivalent directly related experience. A graduate degree and applicable professional certification are preferred.
